Caroline holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, complemented by Bachelor's degrees in Education and Psychology, providing a strong foundation for her work. She utilizes evidence-based treatments such as narrative therapy, PolyVagal theory, CBT, and DBT to tailor interventions to each individual's needs.
